Shipping: Standard shipping delivers within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For orders placed on Friday or over the weekend, processing starts on Monday and ships within 1-2 business days. Kindly note that deliveries are made exclusively from Monday to Friday. We regret to inform you that no refunds will be provided, and all items are final sale.

Exchanges: In most cases, we are happy to offer an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within the first 7 days from the item's delivery date according to the tracking information. Requests made after this period are not guaranteed to be processed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If you suspect that your package was lost or stolen, we recommend reaching out to the shipping courier first. Additionally, please send us an email to inform us of the situation. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
